The differences between the worldwide certification system and the Japanese local system for well-being and usage practically

The aim of this study is to identify the difference between WELL Building Standard (WELL) and CASBEE-wellness office (CWO) for well-being provide a key apply them effectively. research methodology can be summarized into two steps. first step compare CWO strengths these certifications. second conduct interviews with construction firms which obtain certification CWO, suppliers, consultant results investigation show that focused on both building environment services. On other hand, affects buildings more than services workers. In addition, according interviews, has not been introduced by owners because effects have proven. should obvious just as they are in WELL. If thresholds fixed, used strongly when project starts. We concluded certifications will utilized effectively using their strengths.
